Cancellation & Refund Policy – Taxi 22000

Cancellation of a Reservation:

· Please contact us as early as possible to make a cancellation.
· Early cancellations allow for a refund free of charge.

Deadlines:

· Airport transfers: Can be canceled free of charge at least 12 hours before the flight.
· Inner-city or intercity transfers: Can be canceled free of charge at least 6 hours before the ride.
· Group or special events: Can be canceled free of charge at least 24 hours before the ride.

Refunds:

· Late cancellations: 50% of the total cost will be refunded.
· Advance payments will be refunded according to the rules mentioned above.
· No refunds in cases of incorrect or incomplete information.
